Roof Deck Sheathing Mold Treatment
Loose surface mold removed by HEPA vacuuming and wire brush. EPA fungicide applied followed by penetrating borate solution. Sections with advanced degradation are flagged for sheathing replacement.

Bathroom & Kitchen Exhaust Fan Rerouting
Improperly terminated fans rerouted to exterior via insulated flex duct to gable, soffit, or roof termination cap. Sealed at both ends, properly insulated to prevent condensation in the duct.

Soffit Vent Addition & Ridge Vent Assessment
Additional soffit vents where NFA is insufficient. Eave bays cleared of insulation obstruction and baffled to maintain airflow pathway. Ridge vent assessed for blockage or inadequate design.

Attic Insulation Removal Where Contaminated
Blown-in or batt insulation that has absorbed mold spores or become wet must be removed and replaced — it can't be treated in place. Our Flourtown, PA team removes contaminated insulation under HEPA containment as part of the attic remediation scope when warranted by the assessment findings.
